Made of tempered glass, these pieces can go in the microwave, freezer, and refrigerator with no problem, and the snug-fitting, BPA-free plastic lids provide an excellent seal to protect against oxidation and freezer burn.
We found these to work extremely well for batch prepping because of the variety of containers. Stored snap peas retained their crunch, cut avocado remained pleasantly green through the multi-day testing period, and bananas stored in the freezer showed zero signs of freezer burn.
