Each strand has 50 mini incandescent bulbs, providing just over 10 feet of lighting in total. You can use the lights indoors or outdoors—just plug in the cord to any outlet, and you’re good to go.
These lights have a festive green wire that blends in well with trees, and are as basic as they get—there's only one light setting and no special effects. Still, for the price you really can't do much better. The bulbs are spaced fairly tight, so you won’t be left with dark, empty patches when you string them up inside or outside your home. As far as negatives go, they're not the most durable, and you'll have to buy several boxes to outfit an entire full-size tree.
